Board Discontinues Annual Fundraiser

After much consideration, the Board of Directors of The Ranch Recovery Centers, Inc. has determined it will no longer host its annual luncheon fundraiser at Bellatrix Restaurant at Classic Club in Palm Desert.

This was a difficult decision, as the luncheon has been The Ranch’s largest annual fundraiser for the past 19 years. In a letter to donors and friends, Board President and CEO Rick Mesa expressed extreme gratitude for past support of the luncheon through attendance, volunteerism, prize donations, and additional contributions.

“This fundraising has been vital in enabling The Ranch to provide essential recovery services from the devasting effects of substance use disorders for men, women, and families who need it the most but can afford it the least,” said Mesa.

For now, there are no special events planned for the coming years, but management at The Ranch is committed to finding new ways to connect with our community and advance its mission. Donations remain crucial to the operation of The Ranch Recovery Centers’ four locations, where approximately 450-500 individuals receive treatment annually.

Generous contributions directly impact the exceptional staff, facilities, and programming that The Ranch provides—and, most importantly, they save lives. The Ranch welcomes any gifts, no matter the size, which will make a meaningful difference.
